The role includes resolving user issues, escalating complex cases when needed, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in internal systems. The representative will help guide users through registration, application processes, and basic troubleshooting, while gathering feedback to improve the overall customer experience. Collaboration with internal teams will be important to ensure consistent service quality and timely updates to platform information.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including experience as a Customer Service Representative and delivering high-quality Customer Service.
  • Ability to provide responsive Customer Support and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Focus on enhancing overall Customer Experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain information simply and professionally.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote environment, with reliable internet access and strong time-management skills.
  • Experience with online platforms, messaging tools, and basic CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, job placement services, or construction-related industries is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are an advantage.
