Customer Service Representative

1. Attending to customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with attentiveness and professionalism.

2. Conducting thorough reviews of customer accounts and transactions to resolve issues promptly.

3. Engaging with customers through various channels such as email, chat, or telephone.

4. Efficiently processing orders, computing charges, and managing payments.

5. Monitoring and assessing customer satisfaction levels to ensure optimal service delivery.

6. Referring complex customer issues to higher authorities as needed
