Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving the overall customer experience. The primary task is to provide exceptional support and build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering effective solutions to their queries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Strong understanding of Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction, and delivering a superior service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is a plus
