Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The candidate will act as a point of contact between the company and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain customer records and update databases
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal departments for quick solutions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service / telecalling / support role
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi / Gujarati preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Night shift
Salary range - 25k-40k + Incentives
