Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The candidate will act as a point of contact between the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain customer records and update databases
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  • Coordinate with internal departments for quick solutions
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service / telecalling / support role
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi / Gujarati preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills

  • Night shift


    Salary range - 25k-40k + Incentives
