Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Trainee (Tamheer Trainee)

Location: Jeddah


What You Will Learn:

  • Handling Sales Orders: Learn to manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy in quality, quantity, and delivery details.
  • Customer Interaction: Develop skills to communicate effectively with customers, answering their questions and managing their orders.
  • Company Policies and Procedures: Understand and follow the company’s policies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Problem Identification: Learn to spot potential issues before they become problems.
  • Managing Reports: Assist in preparing monthly statements, inventory, and sales reports.
  • Order Placement and Shipment: Learn how to place orders, check stock levels, arrange shipments, and handle invoicing.
  • Claims and Returns: Help manage claims and returns, ensuring customers' concerns are addressed quickly.


Who Can Apply:

  • Saudi Nationals with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Must not be registered in the Tamheer or Employment GOSI program in the last 6 months.


Additional Requirements:

  • No prior experience required, but customer service experience is a plus.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new tools.
