Role Description:


This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive, located in Mumbai. We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who possesses exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions professionally, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless service experience for clients. This role requires individuals who are confident communicators, highly organized, and able to maintain accuracy while handling multiple customer interactions. Experience working in an international BPO or call center environment will be considered a strong advantage.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
  • Prior experience in International BPO / Call Center / Customer Support roles will be highly preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and customer support abilities
  • Expertise in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer expectations effectively
  • Proficiency in customer service management practices and processes
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles preferred
