Role Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Trainee for a full-time, on-site position based in Koramangala, Bengaluru South. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving their issues promptly, and ensuring a smooth user experience. The trainee will handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. This role also includes collaborating with different teams to address customer problems and ensuring service excellence in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and multitask
• Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus
• Passion for customer service and a proactive attitude towards improving customer satisfaction
• Fluency in Hindi; additional regional language skills are an advantage
• Graduate in any discipline preferred but not mandatory

Job Location - Koramangala, Bangalore

Candidates will be taken as trainee for 6 months and moved to payroll based on performance.
