Job Description
Kansso is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Executive to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, calls, and social media
• Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and product questions
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to solve customer issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM / Google Sheets
• Ensure response and resolution time SLAs are consistently met
Compensation:
This role includes a base salary + commission. We’re looking for someone highly motivated and driven who wants to go above and beyond for customers and earn more based on performance.
Who You Are:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy
• Comfortable using computers (Google Sheets, email, CRM tools, etc.)
• Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus, but not mandatory
