Job Description
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Interact with customers on a daily basis via calls, messages, and emails to share information and resolve queries
- Assist in running customer communication campaigns (Email/WhatsApp) for offers, deals, product launches, and loyalty programs using provided content.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
- Help generate and maintain customer databases from e-commerce platforms and digital sales orders
- Learn and understand company products, processes, and policies under the guidance of the reporting manager
- Support in maintaining service quality standards and customer satisfaction
