Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support & Client Management
- Assist in generating and converting sales leads through client interaction and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support ongoing sales initiatives and business development activities.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations when required.
- Customer Service
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Ensure a smooth client onboarding and service experience.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Handle client feedback and escalate issues when required.
- Coordination & Administration
- Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of services or project updates.
- Prepare reports on client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business Service sectors preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships professionally and effectively.
- Comfortable with travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office – Word & Excel.
