Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary: Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC and Experienced: Up to ₹31,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide clear, accurate, and effective written resolutions
- Assist customers with both service-related and sales-related inquiries
- Maintain high-quality communication standards and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to process guidelines and performance metrics
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Minimum qualification: 10+3 Diploma / HSC / Any Graduate
- Strong written communication skills in English (near-native proficiency preferred)
- Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- Salary:
- Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC
- Experienced: Up to ₹31,000 CTC
- 5-day work week
- Night shift allowance
