Job Title : Customer Service Executive – Back Office (Chat Support | Non-Voice Process)

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Salary: Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC and Experienced: Up to ₹31,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and concerns via chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide clear, accurate, and effective written resolutions
  • Assist customers with both service-related and sales-related inquiries
  • Maintain high-quality communication standards and customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to process guidelines and performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
  • Minimum qualification: 10+3 Diploma / HSC / Any Graduate
  • Strong written communication skills in English (near-native proficiency preferred)
  • Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary:
    • Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC
    • Experienced: Up to ₹31,000 CTC
  • 5-day work week
  • Night shift allowance
