Position Overview

TriMerge Consulting Group, P.A. is seeking a Deputy PMO Lead / Project Manager to support the execution and coordination of a statewide program in partnership with a Florida university.

This role will be responsible for maintaining structure across the program—tracking deliverables, managing workflows, and ensuring consistent communication and accountability across all workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized program schedule and track all deliverables
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and team members
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking tools
• Monitor progress against timelines and proactively address risks
• Support meeting coordination, agendas, and follow-up actions
• Ensure consistency in processes, templates, and reporting

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field preferred
• Approximately 5–8+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or operations
• Experience managing multiple projects or program workstreams simultaneously
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems
• Experience working in structured environments with defined timelines and deliverables
