Role Description

• Proficiency in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience
