Role Description

The role involves managing customer interactions through phone and email, delivering excellent customer experiences, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.

- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
- Proficiency in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience
