Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the airport check-in counter, gate, and baggage claim areas
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
Process ticket sales, changes, and upgrades
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required
Uphold company policies and procedures at all times Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Proficient in handling cash and credit card transactions
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
