At BYD, we are shaping the future of sustainable mobility. To support our growing European operations, we are building a new Customer Service Center and are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Service Agents to join our team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them through multiple channels such as phone, email, live chat, social media, and dealer networks. Your goal will be to deliver a high-quality customer experience by providing timely, accurate, and customer-focused solutions.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them through multiple channels such as phone, email, live chat, social media, and dealer networks. Your goal will be to deliver a high-quality customer experience by providing timely, accurate, and customer-focused solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, roadside assistance cases, suggestions, and positive feedback via inbound calls, emails, and live chat
- Ensure a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach in every customer interaction
- Accurately document customer cases and create tickets for follow-up by relevant internal teams when needed
- Actively collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
- Maintain high standards in call quality, documentation accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Continuously develop product knowledge and communication skills to provide excellent service
- College degree or equivalent experience (customer service experience is an advantage)
- Native or fluent Italian language skills
- Upper-intermediate (B2) level English for internal communication
- Confident computer skills and the ability to work with multiple systems
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 60 words per minute)
- Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset
- Professional attitude with strong organizational and time-management skills
