Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Project Manager at William Vitacco Associates. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the coordination and management of construction permitting and code compliance projects. Responsibilities include leading teams, managing client relationships, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met, and resolving challenges effectively. The role requires oversight of project planning, expediting, inspections, and logistics to ensure compliance with NYC building and zoning regulations. Candidates must bring leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to the company's values of professionalism and excellence.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Project Management, including the ability to lead teams and manage complex projects efficiently
  • Experience in Expediting and Expeditor services, particularly within NYC construction and permitting processes
  • Proficiency in Inspection protocols and compliance with relevant regulatory standards
  • Strong aptitude in Logistics Management to coordinate project resources and schedules
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Urban Planning
  • Knowledge of NYC building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes is highly preferred
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment
