This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, requiring a dedicated and proactive Customer Relationship Manager. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their event needs, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the planning process. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating between various departments, addressing client inquiries promptly, and ensuring event plans are executed to the highest standards. The individual will also strategize to improve client satisfaction and contribute towards business growth initiatives.
- Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management, client servicing, and a professional approach to client interactions.
- Strong organizational, project management, and coordination skills to oversee event planning processes efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships.
- Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data management systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in event planning, event management, or a related industry is an asset.
- Possess a professional degree or diploma in Business, Public Relations, Event Management, Tourism, or related fields.
