This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist with a focus on Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). The role involves managing and enhancing customer relationships, developing CRM strategies, overseeing customer retention initiatives, analyzing customer data and insights, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The specialist will also work on projects aimed at building loyalty, increasing customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance.

• Strong expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), with hands-on experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Analytical skills to interpret customer data, generate insights, and implement data-driven strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams
• Proficiency in Sales and knowledge of D2C and FMCG industries
• Project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee CRM initiatives
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site professional environment
