Job Description: Client Relationship Management (CRM) Executive

Location: Assan,Panipat (Haryana)

Role Overview

The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for managing client interactions post-order, ensuring a seamless service experience, and maintaining long-term relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, proactive follow-up, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients after order placement
  • Ensure smooth coordination from order confirmation to payment collection
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
  • Address and resolve client queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
  • Collect and communicate client feedback to improve services
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent English speaking and communication skills (mandatory)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to handle client concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Proactive approach with strong follow-up skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients
Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate (preferred)
  • Prior experience of 3-8 years in client servicing, customer support, or CRM roles is an advantage
Compensation
  • ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)


Work Requirements
  • Candidate should be available for client calls as required
  • Must reside within 30–45 minutes of the office location
Reporting & Support
  • Regular interaction with management for client updates and issue resolution
  • Guidance and support provided to ensure effective client handling
