Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves managing customer interactions, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience across all touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include handling phone, online, and in-person communication, maintaining customer records, monitoring feedback, and supporting customer retention initiatives. The executive collaborates with sales and operations teams to resolve issues promptly, follow up on orders or services, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. This role also includes tracking key customer metrics, preparing basic reports, and suggesting improvements to processes that strengthen relationships and drive repeat business.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Experience skills, with the ability to interact clearly, empathetically, and professionally with diverse customers.
- Customer Retention and Sales skills to support repeat business, upselling or cross-selling where appropriate, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, feedback, and trends, and use insights to improve service quality and engagement.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM tools, spreadsheets, email), with attention to detail in maintaining customer records.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
