Customer Relationship Executive in Greater Noida

We are hiring a CRM executive to be the primary bridge between our brand and our clients. In this on-site role, you will work closely with our founder to manage the end-to-end customer journey. You won't just be managing data; you will be managing relationships, ensuring that every interaction reflects our brand’s values of compassion, clarity, and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Client relationship management: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries across digital platforms, providing thoughtful and timely guidance to pet parents.
• Consultation Scheduling: Manage the founder’s calendar and coordinate bookings for our wellness services, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every client.
• Database & documentation: Maintain a detailed and organized database of our community members, tracking their unique needs and their pets' progress over time.
• End-to-end service support: Oversee the lifecycle of a client’s engagement—from the initial inquiry and booking to post-service follow-ups and product delivery.
• Feedback loop: Proactively reach out to clients to gather testimonials and insights, helping us refine our offerings and maintain a high standard of care.
