Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, build long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via calls, emails and in-person interactions
  • Respond promptly to customer queries, complaints and service requests
  • Maintain and update accurate customer records in CRM or internal systems
  • Follow up with clients regarding payments, orders or service requests
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts and operations teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality
  • Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, complaints and resolutions

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate / Diploma (BBA, Commerce, or related field preferred)
  • Prior experience in customer service, client handling or sales support is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM software or MS Office

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Experience

  • Freshers can apply, but 1–3 years experience in customer handling is preferred
