Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) with 6 months - 5 years of experience to manage daily walk-in customers, provide issue resolution, and ensure an excellent service experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, presentability, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers with their queries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times.
- Handle escalations efficiently while demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills. Educate customers about Apple products and services, offering appropriate solutions. Drive business conversion through customer engagement and service excellence.
- Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentability and customer-handling abilities.
- Empathy-driven approach with effective escalation handling.
- Basic technical knowledge of Apple products.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
