This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive, based in Ludhiana. The responsibilities involve building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes collaborating with sales and support teams to meet customer needs, resolving any concerns, and contributing to retention and loyalty initiatives. The Customer Relationship Executive will act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the values and standards of the company.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients confidently and effectively
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address and resolve customer concerns promptly
• Organizational and time management skills for multitasking and responding to various client inquiries
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Proficiency in office software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
