Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune Division for a Customer Relationship Executive. The role involves managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to strengthen client connections. The executive will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and support. Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach is essential.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Client Relations.
  • Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to handle client concerns promptly and professionally, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food or agricultural industries, is an advantage.
