Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Relations Executive role based on-site in New Delhi. The Customer Relations Executive will focus on managing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring positive experiences across touchpoints. The role also involves effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to build long-term client trust and loyalty.

• Proficiency in customer satisfaction and customer service strategies
• Effective communication skills for both verbal and written interactions
• Proven ability to solve problems and address customer concerns
• Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the manufacturing or wall-decorating industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
