This role is for someone who finds satisfaction in order, accuracy, follow-through, and problem-solving, someone who takes complete ownership and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.

We are hiring an Operations Executive to manage end-to-end execution of international group tours for senior travellers. This is a high-ownership, customer-facing role that requires strong coordination skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to handle multiple moving parts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage flight bookings, travel logistics, and vendor coordination for international tours.
  • Handle documentation processes including visas, insurance, and travel requirements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-booking
  • Create and manage payment schedules, collections, and internal trackers.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, and Tour Leaders to ensure smooth trip execution.
  • Handle customer escalations and time-sensitive issues independently
  • Call customers to collect structured post-tour feedback

  • Zero last-minute chaos due to missed documentation or miscommunication
  • Customers who feel informed, reassured, and well-supported before travel
  • Tour Leaders who receive complete, accurate, and timely handovers
  • Clean trackers, accurate payments, and proper closures

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in travel operations
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
