Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support and Operations Executive role located in Gurugram. The Customer Support and Operations Executive will be responsible for providing online support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving technical issues, and operations related cross functional and transactional support.


1. Customer Experience & Support
  • Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, Instagram DMs, and calls
  • Resolve order-related issues (delivery delays, exchanges, cancellations, damages)
  • Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer experience


2. Backend Operations & Maintenance
  • Upload products, banners, collections, and basic content on the website (Shopify)
  • Maintain and update internal trackers, Google Sheets, and shared documents
  • Share and manage documents across teams (marketing, ops, founders)
  • Ensure backend hygiene and follow SOPs for routine tasks


3. Cross-Functional & Transactional Support
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks that don’t fall under other verticals
  • Assist founders and team members with coordination and follow-ups
  • Ensure smooth flow of information between departments



Qualifications

  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
