This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience Manager based in Chandigarh, India. The Customer Experience Manager will oversee customer satisfaction initiatives, streamline customer service processes, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The role involves analyzing customer feedback, developing strategies to enhance customer interactions, and collaborating with various teams to meet service standards. The manager will also focus on improving organizational processes to deliver consistent and high-quality service.
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management skills
- Proficiency in analyzing customer feedback and leveraging Analytical Skills to drive service improvements
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
- Customer Service expertise with a proactive approach to resolving queries and issues
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities to optimize customer service practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the organic or FMCG industry is advantageous
- Strong leadership and team management skills
