- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for future reference and follow-up.

- Handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously while ensuring high-quality service.
- Provide clear information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate support.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay current with industry best practices.
- Minimum qualification of 12th Standard / PUC.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in customer care or similar roles; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Ability to handle multiple chat interactions efficiently and maintain high-quality responses.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with chat support tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
- Open to working full-time with a flexible schedule as required.
