Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and inquiries.
  • Respond to customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Schedule service bookings and coordinate with the operations team.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Malayalam & English.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Customer handling skills preferred.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
