About The Opportunity
WeNext is a B2B technology product focused on scaling customer acquisition through outbound sales and performance-driven digital marketing. We are hiring a Business Development Manager who owns lead generation, Ads-based paid acquisition, and revenue pipeline growth.
This is an on-site role in India, ideal for professionals who combine B2B sales execution with hands-on Paid Ads and growth marketing.

WeNext is a B2B technology product focused on scaling customer acquisition through outbound sales and performance-driven digital marketing. We are hiring a Business Development Manager who owns lead generation, Ads-based paid acquisition, and revenue pipeline growth.
This is an on-site role in India, ideal for professionals who combine B2B sales execution with hands-on Paid Ads and growth marketing.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Build predictable B2B pipelines through outbound and inbound channels.
- Prospect and qualify accounts using:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Cold email & automated sequences
- Manage CRM pipelines and improve MQL → SQL → Closure velocity.
- Plan, execute, and optimise Google and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns end-to-end.
- Drive B2B lead generation through:
- Lead Forms
- Website conversion campaigns
- Retargeting and funnel-based ads
- Optimise campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Manage budgets, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
- Implement and monitor:
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion events
- UTMs and attribution tracking
- Manage and optimise:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads (B2B targeting)
- Coordinate landing pages and ad messaging for higher conversion rates.
- Track performance using:
- GA4
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads dashboards
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and reporting.
- Analyse CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
- Convert learnings into repeatable growth playbooks.
Mandatory
- Paid Ads Manager (Facebook, Google & Instagram) — hands-on experience running and optimising lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- B2B lead generation through paid social channels.
- Experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns (setup → optimisation → reporting).
- Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot (CRM)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Salesloft, Mailchimp or similar outreach tools
- GA4
- Google Ads
- Conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, GTM, UTMs)
- LinkedIn Ads for B2B
- Outreach automation tools
- Advanced spreadsheet analysis
- Landing page optimisation (CRO)
- 2+ years in Business Development / Growth / Performance Marketing
- Strong metrics-driven mindset
- Experience in SaaS / B2B technology / digital products
- Meta Ads is a core responsibility, not an add-on
- Direct ownership of paid acquisition and revenue pipeline
