Job Summary:

The Customer Care Executive will be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service by handling all customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and messaging apps. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to resolving issues efficiently and professionally.


Key Responsibilities:

●      Customer Interaction: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.

●      Complaint Resolution: Receive and log customer complaints, follow up on the status of each case, and ensure a satisfactory and timely resolution.

●      Order Management: Assist customers with their online order queries, including tracking, delivery status, and returns.

●      Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

●      Feedback & Reporting: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify common issues and report them to the management team to help improve products and services.


Qualifications:

●      Any degree or equivalent.

●      Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role. Freshers with a positive attitude can also apply.

●      Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.

●      Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi are mandatory.

●      Proficiency in Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada is a plus.

●      Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, patient demeanour.

●      Proficiency in using a computer, including familiarity with email, CRM software, and messaging applications.

●      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

●      A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

  • ●      This is a work-from-office role, and the candidate must be from Erode or willing to relocate.
