Job Opportunity: Agency Manager | Life Insurance

Locations: Chandigarh, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Yamunanagar, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Patiala, Jaipur, Jodhpur

Salary: 4 LPA + Reimbursements + Lucrative Incentives

Experience: 3 to14 years in Sales

Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and develop potential insurance advisors in line with business goals.
Build and manage a team of highly productive advisors.
Set and achieve advisor sales targets consistently.
Provide training, monitor development, and give regular performance feedback.
Conduct periodic performance reviews of advisors.
Maintain daily activity and recruitment tracker.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA (Marketing) / Graduate in any stream with good academic record.
3 to 10 years of Sales experience in Finance, Banking, Consumer Durables, Telecom, or as a top-performing advisor (MDRT members preferred).
Stable career history with at least 1.5 years tenure in each company.
Strong communication skills in English and local language.
Presentable, aggressive, and sales-driven with high positive energy.
Ability to motivate, lead, and build a high-performing team.
Strong networking skills to generate leads and recruit advisors.
Candidate must be local or should have worked in the given location for 47 years.
