Title: –Customer Care Executive (Icegate Process)

Location: Gurgaon

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Day Shift for girls and Night for boys

Salary: ₹25,000 CTC per month

Description: We are hiring for the Icegate ,The role involves connecting with potential clients, explaining product features, and assisting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Key

Responsibilities :Make Inbound calls to prospective clients

Understand customer requirements and share appropriate solutions.

Generate qualified leads and schedule demos or meetings for the sales team.

Maintain accurate lead and call records in the system.

Ensure a smooth handover of leads to the post-sales or closing team.

Eligibility

Education: Graduates can apply.

Experience: 1 year of Experience in BPO is mandetory

Location: Must be comfortable working from the Gurgaon office.

Shift: Day shift only.

Required

Strong convincing and negotiation ability.

Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
