Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary:

As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and develop software solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software applications to resolve issues.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in software development.


Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Hadoop.
  • Strong understanding of distributed computing principles.
  • Experience with big data processing frameworks like MapReduce and Spark.
  • Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem components like HDFS, YARN, and Hive.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines.


Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Apache Hadoop.
  • This position is based at our Chennai office.
  • A 15 years full-time education is required.
