About the Role 

We are looking for a creative and energetic intern to help strengthen our remote company culture, foster team bonding, and organize engaging employee events. The ideal candidate enjoys bringing people together, creating memorable experiences, and ensuring virtual interactions are fun, inclusive, and meaningful. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate and manage company-wide biweekly All-Hands meetings per month. 
• Plan and execute virtual team-building activities, games, quizzes, contests, and celebrations. 
• Develop creative initiatives that promote team bonding, employee engagement, and company culture. 
• Introduce innovative ideas to make online meetings interactive and enjoyable. 
• Support planning and coordination of the company's annual offline team gathering. 
• Create event communications, invitations, and reminders. 
• Gather feedback and continuously improve engagement and culture-building initiatives.  

Key Requirements 

• Strong organizational and communication skills. 
• Creative thinker with a passion for events, culture, and people engagement. 
• Comfortable using virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). 
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. 

Qualifications 

• Experience organizing college, community, or workplace events. 
• Basic Canva or presentation design skills.      

Duration 

• Remote Internship 
• 3-6 months (extendable based on performance)
