Executive Summary

AIONOS is seeking an exceptional Executive Leader with 10+ years of experience to drive the commercialization and delivery of AI-powered solutions for Global Capability Centres. This senior role combines strategic business development, executive-level communication, and technical acumen to establish AIONOS as the preferred AI platform partner for GCC operations. You will engage C-suite executives at Fortune 2000 organizations, identify AI transformation opportunities across our four platforms, and architect customized solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.


Role Overview

This is a strategic leadership position that sits at the intersection of business development, solution architecture, and executive communication. You will own the end-to-end engagement model for GCC customers, from initial discovery through proof-of-value execution and commercial closure. Your deep understanding of GCC operating models, combined with your ability to translate complex AI capabilities into actionable business value, will be critical to AIONOS's growth in this high-value segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Engagement: Lead discovery conversations with C-suite stakeholders (CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Chief AI Officers) at GCC organizations, translating business challenges into AI-driven solutions using AIONOS's platform portfolio.
  • Business Development: Identify, qualify, and shepherd high-value GCC opportunities through the sales pipeline; build and maintain executive relationships; structure commercial terms and engagement models (SaaS, consulting, proof-of-value arrangements).
  • Solution Architecture: Conduct comprehensive discovery of GCC operational models, pain points, and AI maturity; design customized solution architectures that integrate AIONOS platforms or recommend custom development; build compelling business cases with ROI analysis.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives around AIONOS capabilities tailored to GCC contexts (cost optimization, quality assurance, compliance, workforce enablement, vendor risk management); deliver executive presentations and thought leadership content.
  • Proof-of-Value (PoV) Leadership: Own the design and delivery of structured PoV engagements (typically 60–90 days); manage customer expectations, coordinate internal cross-functional teams, and drive successful outcomes that lead to commercial deals.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor GCC trends, competitive positioning, and emerging AI opportunities; provide insights to product and marketing teams to inform roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction post-sale.


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, solutions architecture, business development, or consulting with a demonstrated track record
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite executives (CFO, COO, CIO level); comfort with boardroom-level presentations and strategic business discussions.
  • Deep familiarity with Global Capability Centre (GCC) operations, shared services models, or business process outsourcing environments. Understanding of GCC cost structures, governance, compliance, and typical operational challenges is essential.
  • Strong technical foundation: ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, data infrastructure, observability, agentic workflows, and security—without requiring hand-holding from technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences (C-suite, technical teams, procurement); demonstrated thought leadership (publications, speaking engagements, or industry recognition).
  • Experience designing and delivering proof-of-value engagements or managed consulting projects; ability to scope, plan, and execute complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).


Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in a technical or business discipline.
  • Background in AI/ML sales, observability platforms, enterprise data, or security solutions.
  • Prior experience with GCC customers in India, the Philippines, Mexico, Costa Rica, or other offshore/nearshore centres.
  • Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, financial services, or other regulated industries familiar with compliance frameworks (ITAR, export controls, HIPAA, etc.).
