The Opportunity

A fast-growing European deep-tech leader and one of the world's most promising AI companies is expanding its pre-sales team in the Middle East. Renowned for groundbreaking technology that compresses large language models by up to 95% and slashes inference costs by 50–80%, the company is hiring a high-calibre Mid/Senior Solution Architect to be based in Doha.

In this pivotal pre-sales role, you will bridge the gap between advanced technology and enterprise needs, crafting innovative, scalable, and robust AI-powered solutions for major organizations across finance, energy, manufacturing, telecom, and industrials.

The Role

• Client & Partner Engagement: Act as the technical authority in partner- and customer-facing interactions. Run hands-on product demos independently and lead the authoring of technical proposals, RFPs, and tenders.
• Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end AI/ML solutions spanning cloud, hybrid, on-premise, and sovereign deployment models.
• Technical Consulting: Translate complex AI, LLM, and quantum-inspired capabilities into clear, value-driven architectures for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure proposed architectures align perfectly with customer requirements and delivery capabilities.

Required Experience & Skills

• Pre-Sales / Consulting: Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or implementation consulting role with heavy enterprise customer exposure.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Strong knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, AzureML). Experience sizing GPU infrastructure for LLM inference or training workloads (memory, throughput, hardware tiers from A10 to H200).
• MLOps & Containerisation: Familiarity with MLOps frameworks (e.g., Kubeflow, Flyte, MLflow, CI/CD) and proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerising AI workloads.
• LLM Stacks & Benchmarking: Understanding of LLM inference stacks (vLLM, llama.cpp, OpenVINO), model delivery formats (ONNX, Hugging Face), and experience benchmarking LLM performance (latency, throughput, accuracy).
• Technical Core: Hands-on Python and SQL coding skills, alongside familiarity with ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Education & Travel: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
• Languages: Professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Right to Work: Existing legal authorization to work in Qatar is required.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with multi-modal AI (Computer Vision, Speech, Vision-Language models).
• Hands-on experience designing RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, or working with AI model optimization and quantization.
• Experience designing big data architectures (batch & streaming).
• Knowledge of data privacy, ethical AI considerations, and compliance frameworks.
