As part of the Software Engineering team you will design and implement advanced AI applications that enhance user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will lead the development of entire stack solutions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative products that leverage the latest technologies in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Design and implement advanced AI applications Lead the development of end-to-end software solutions Mentor junior engineers and foster their growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects Deliver innovative products utilizing the latest technologies Analyze user experiences to enhance application functionality Navigate fast-paced environments to meet project deadlines Maintain exceptional standards of software quality and performance What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree 6 years of experience Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Certifications on Cloud Architecture (GCP/Azure/AWS) Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud-native patterns Experience embedding AI-driven UIs in Angular/React Knowledge of observability and telemetry for AI applications 6 years of experience in software development 1 year of experience leading developers Proficiency in Python and JavaScript frameworks Understanding of LLMs and vector databases Experience with data/ML frameworks and tools
