📍 Location: Bhilwara, Rajasthan

💼 Position: Assistant Manager – Packaging Development (Rigid Packaging)

🕒 Experience: 8+ Years

✔ Lead the development of rigid packaging (HDPE, PET, Injection & Blow Moulded Components)

✔ Manage mould design, development, trials, validation, and optimization

✔ Coordinate with mould vendors and cross-functional teams

✔ Execute packaging testing, validation, and stability studies

✔ Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives

✔ Ensure regulatory compliance and sustainability requirements

✔ Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and validation reports

✅ 8+ years of experience in FMCG Packaging Development

✅ Strong expertise in Rigid Packaging & Mould Technology

✅ Knowledge of Plastic/Polymer Science and Packaging Validation

✅ Experience in mould development, vendor management, and packaging testing

✅ Qualification: B.Tech / PG from IIP, CIPET (CPET), or Polymer Engineering

• AutoCAD & MS Project

• Project Management

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

• Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management
