Job Description
- Prepare and maintain computer labs for practical sessions.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and required software.
- Assist faculty during lab sessions and examinations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Maintain inventory of lab equipment and software licenses.
- Ensure proper functioning of peripherals (printers, projectors, routers, etc.).
- Maintain lab records, usage logs, and maintenance registers.
- Ensure safety and discipline in the laboratory.
- Support students in understanding lab tools and environments.
- Coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance when required.
🎓 Qualifications
- B. Tech / BCA / ITI in Computer Science / IT or related field.
- Basic certification in hardware, networking, or system administration is an added advantage.
