This is a full-time remote role for the Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for defining and implementing sales strategies, overseeing account management, and managing the sales operations team. Key responsibilities include developing business growth plans, building strategic relationships, leading sales teams, analyzing market trends, and achieving revenue goals. Collaboration with internal teams to improve customer experience and drive business development initiatives will also be essential.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in Sales Operations and Sales Management to oversee team effectiveness and optimize processes
- Strong background in Business Development to identify opportunities and implement strategies for growth
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making in sales strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience working in transportation, trucking, or a similar industry is preferred but not required
- Adaptability to a remote work environment and ability to manage a distributed team effectively
