CSCA Auditors & Higg Fem Verifiers

Role Description

ALGI is seeking CSCA Auditors & Higg FEM Verifiers for a full-time, on-site role located in Tiruppur. Key responsibilities include conducting social compliance audits and Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM) verifications for various clients. The individual will prepare audit reports, ensure adherence to social and environmental standards, and collaborate with clients to identify areas of improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and compliance in line with industry benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in social compliance standards, audit methodologies, and Higg FEM protocols.
• Proficiency in data analysis, audit report preparation, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Relevant experience with global supply chains or in the field of compliance and sustainability is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Social Studies, or equivalent work experience
