Location: On-Site | Hyderabad – Hitec City

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST/ 2:30 PM - 10:30PM IST (Aligned with US EST/ LONDON Market Hours)

Salary: ₹3,50,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum + Performance-Based Bonuses (Based on

Experience & Strategy Type)

altcoins, and swing strategies.

Position Summary

We are hiring multiple Cryptocurrency Traders with expertise in meme coin, altcoin, and/or

swing trading strategies. You’ll work alongside a high-performing team of researchers, quants,

and engineers to execute, optimize, and scale profitable trades across digital assets.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role with significant upside for skilled candidates with

verifiable track records.

Key Responsibilities

● Trade Execution: Place manual or algorithmic trades across diverse digital asset

portfolios with discipline and speed.

● Market Research: Analyze price action, token fundamentals, on-chain activity, and

sentiment to identify opportunities.

● Strategy Development: Build and iterate on short, medium, or high-frequency

strategies based on your trading style (meme/alt/swing).

● Risk Management: Monitor drawdowns, slippage, exposure, and position sizing in line

with firm policies.

● Performance Reporting: Maintain and report clear records of daily, weekly, and

monthly PnL performance.

● Collaboration: Engage with fellow traders, analysts, and quants to refine

alpha-generating models and uncover edge.

Ideal Candidate Profile

● Experience:

○ 3+ years in active crypto trading.

○ Proven performance in meme coin, altcoin, or swing trading strategies.

○ PnL history required (verifiable on Excel, CoinMarketCap, trading logs, or

screenshots).

● Skills:

○ Mastery of technical analysis tools and indicators.

○ Familiarity with DeFi, centralized and decentralized exchanges.

○ Experience using trading platforms like Binance, Bybit, KuCoin, TradingView, or

Coinigy.

○ Bonus: Knowledge of bot-based trading or automation scripting.

● Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

preferred (but not required if you can show results).

● Soft Skills: Disciplined mindset, high attention to detail, emotional control, and strong

decision-making ability.

● Location & Shift: On-site only (Hyderabad Hitec City), night shift aligned to U.S. market

hours.
