The Role
- Lead the end-to-end management of HubSpot CRM, overseeing list segmentation, pipeline configuration, and data hygiene to ensure a "single source of truth."
- Build and execute high-converting email marketing campaigns and automated nurture sequences using HubSpot Sequences and Workflows.
- Optimise the lead generation funnel by managing landing pages, forms, and CTAs while implementing A/B testing to maximize open and click-through rates.
- Conduct deep-dive data audits and enrichment using AI tools and third-party integrations to maintain a high-quality database of candidates and clients.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track KPIs including email engagement, conversion rates across lifecycle stages, and ROI on outreach campaigns.
- Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM (Sales & Marketing Hub) with a focus on automation and list management.
- Strong background in Email Marketing, including copywriting for B2B audiences, design, and technical deliverability management.
- Expertise in data segmentation and CRM architecture, with a solid understanding of GDPR compliance and data privacy.
- Technical proficiency with marketing automation tools, landing page builders, and data enrichment technologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable strategy and performance reports.
