Experience: 6+ Years

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Testing
• Automation Testing
• Airline Booking Domain Experience

We are looking for an experienced QA professional with strong expertise in CRM Dynamics Testing, Automation Testing, and Airline Booking systems.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and automation testing.
• Work on Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) testing activities.
• Validate airline booking workflows and related business processes.
• Conduct API and integration testing.
• Perform database validation using SQL queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Track and manage defects using JIRA/Azure DevOps.
• Ensure quality deliverables within project timelines.

• 6+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365).
• Strong understanding of Airline Booking domain.
• Experience in Automation Testing.
• Experience in API Testing and Integration Testing.
• Good knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
