Creative Web Designer & Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Designer & Developer who is proficient in designing and developing websites, sales pages, landing pages, and opt-in pages across multiple platforms including WordPress, Kajabi, Kartra, ClickFunnels, Wix, Squarespace, and Webflow.

As an admirer of beautiful design, you will have a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating visually appealing, high-converting, and user-friendly online experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually stunning and functional websites, sales pages, landing pages, and opt-in pages using WordPress, Kajabi, Kartra, ClickFunnels, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, and other relevant platforms.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end design and development process, from concept to implementation, while adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as marketers and content creators to understand requirements and translate them into engaging digital experiences.
• Create and optimize responsive designs to ensure a seamless experience across all devices and screen sizes.
• Apply strong UI/UX principles to enhance usability, accessibility, and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design standards to continuously improve website quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and functionality issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and marketers to deliver high-quality outputs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer & Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing websites, sales pages, landing pages, and opt-in pages.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Kajabi, Kartra, ClickFunnels, Wix, Squarespace, and Webflow.
• Strong understanding of web design fundamentals including layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery to implement and customize designs effectively.
• Ability to work independently with ownership, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of web design and development best practices and emerging trends.
• Strong communication skills to present ideas, collaborate with stakeholders, and explain design decisions clearly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
