About XTREMEXXTREMEX is a Delhi-based D2C gymwear and streetwear brand built for people who train hard and dress harder. We're scaling aggressively on Meta Ads and moving into offline retail. Our creatives are our biggest growth lever and we're looking for someone who can own that engine.
This is not a design role. This is not a copywriting role. This is the person who figures out what to say, why it'll work, and how to make it hit then makes sure it gets executed right.
You'll sit at the intersection of data, psychology, and culture. You'll study what's working in our ads, what our customers feel, what our competitors are doing and turn all of that into scroll-stopping creative concepts that drive purchases.
What You'll OwnCreative Strategy
- Study XTREMEX's top performing ads and reverse engineer why they worked
- Research competitor creatives on Meta Ad Library weekly
- Identify emotional angles — aspiration, identity, FOMO, pain, transformation — and build concepts around them
- Stay on top of gymwear, streetwear, and D2C creative trends
Creative Briefs
- Write detailed briefs for every ad concept — hook, script, visual direction, reference ads, target emotion, CTA
- Brief the graphic designer and video editor clearly so execution matches the vision
- Own the quality of output — review every creative before it goes live
Ad Copywriting
- Write primary text, headlines, and hooks for Meta ads
- Write product launch copy, campaign taglines, collection names
- Write WhatsApp broadcast copy and email subject lines when needed
- Every word must earn its place
Performance Analysis
- Work closely with the performance marketer to read ad data weekly
- Identify which concepts, angles, and hooks are winning
- Kill what's not working, double down on what is
- Maintain a swipe file of winning creatives — ours and competitors
Content & Organic
- Guide the tone and direction of Instagram content
- Ensure organic and paid creatives speak the same brand language
- Contribute concepts for product drops, campaign moments, and brand storytelling
- 2–4 years of experience in performance creative, brand strategy, or D2C marketing
- A portfolio of ad concepts or creatives that actually ran — not just pretty work
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads creative formats — static, carousel, UGC, reels
- Strong copywriting skills — short, punchy, direct response
- Ability to read ad performance data and extract creative insights
- Genuine interest in gym culture, streetwear, or fashion — you need to get the customer
- Bonus: experience working with a D2C fashion or fitness brand
