Creative Strategist Intern

Pepper (https://www.pepper.inc/) is building a global content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 75+ content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% of talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and the majority of the startup ecosystem.

Note- This is an on-site role (Remote and Hybrid applications will not be processed)

Pepper is looking for a Creative Strategist Intern who can turn insights into strong content and campaign ideas.

What you’ll do:

• Break down briefs and translate them into clear creative directions

• Help shape content strategies for campaigns, social, websites & more

• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, editors & marketers

• Research audiences, platforms, and trends to support ideas

• Review content to ensure it aligns with strategy and brand voice

What we’re looking for:

• Prior exposure to content, marketing, advertising, or strategy (internships/projects count)

• Strong communication and structured thinking

• Curiosity, creativity, and an eye for what makes content click
